S2084

The S2084 is a markedly compact end-forming machine with two CNC axes. It can perform a maximum of four end-forming steps rapidly in a single cycle, guaranteeing a high production rate, while maintaining high quality and precision. The S2084 is highly versatile with easy setup and startup. The machine’s rigid structure includes a sensor for the tube’s presence and position. The compact design allows easy integration into new or pre-existing work cells and/or easy automation of the loading/unloading processes. The self-learning software makes the machine simple and intuitive for the operators. The S2084 is designed to integrate into the Smart Factory production system.
