The PLUS EVO system uses the EVO 3 cutting head, renowned for its reliability when paired with high power fiber lasers. The in-house designed and built autofocusing cutting head offers exceptional cutting speeds on thin and thick material. The head itself and the focusing lenses can be used with up to 60KW of laser power, and a pressure of 25 bar. There are three different focal configurations: 150-200-250mm.
Description
SMART Mix (laser sources 20kW and up)
The SMART Mix option includes a component that enhances the cutting process through hardware technology controlled in real-time by our Smart Manager software. With just a few clicks, the right amount of oxygen and nitrogen can be supplied instantly for cutting varying metal types and thicknesses, saving gas consumption and delivering a cool part for fast removal from the table.
SMART Changer
This upgrade allows the laser machine to automatically replace the cutting head nozzle without operator intervention. Up to 10 positions are available, including both cleaning and calibration functions. This solution, paired with automation, allows for full “lights-out” operation on laser systems with shuttle tables.
SMART Camera
Multiple cameras may be installed inside the laser cabin for multi-angle remote viewing. One camera is included with the system.
SMART Flow Automated Loading and Unloading
Cutlite Penta can fully automate your metal cutting operation by pairing your laser cutting system with our automation and storage systems, reducing loading and unloading times. We can tailor a fully automated loading and unloading system for your location positioned above the laser pallet changer at either 90° or in-line with the pallet changer, with or without a storage tower.
SMART Raster
SMART Raster is an optional software tool that allows the machines to raster identification numbers or images on stainless steel.
Two Level Pallet Exchange
Two-level worktable changeover allows the table to be changed in approximately 15 seconds, almost completely masking loading and unloading times – the fiber plus system is the fastest on the market today.
