Description
The 755XXS is one of CRIPPA’s best solutions for the world of single level bends as it reflects our dedication to tailored solutions. Even though single-level bending is technically simple, it is a particular area that requires the highest level of productivity and repeatability. The 755XXS is designed for tubes with a diameter of up to 55 mm, however, its most notable feature is the capacity to easily process extra-short tubes. Rigid and compact, this machine occupies minimal floor space. Ergonomic and precise, this single-level tube-bending machine is actuated by 7 “Fully Electric” axes managed by Siemens SINUMERIK 840D sl. The optional active gauge allows the integration of an automated loading/unloading system, while the controlled thrust system guarantees excellent bends. This model can be upgraded with some options to increase process automation in productivity and quality. For example, control and measuring stations and/or shaping units to complete the tube processing within the work cycle. The machine is ideal for automated production and autonomous work cells as they are designed to integrate into the “Smart Factory” system.
