A series of tube bending machines very different from each other but kept together by the same goal: responding to the needs of a specific production sector as a tailor would do with a tailored suit.
Description
A new interpretation of the coil bending process: a quick, efficient, and compact solution for mandrel-assisted tube bending starting directly from the coil. COILBENDER integrates these features into one system:
A motorized reel with a tension control on the tube.
- Horizontal and vertical straightening systems with sets of roller drive for the tube directly from the reel.
- An orbital cutting system with a wheel and a pneumatic shear.
- The latest generation of the “Fully Electric” reversed tube-bending machine, right and left bends with a mandrel for tubes with a diameter of up to 25 mm and a CNC loading system.
- An electric endforming machine with a 5-ton deforming force, 2 CNC axes, and sideways collapsing movement.
- An effective and compact integrated unloading system for the processed tube
The machine is managed by Siemens SINUMERIK 840D sl accessible from a single console. The simplified UII (User ISO Interface) software on the machine allows simulation and optimisation of the bending programs. This machine is designed to integrate into the “Smart Factory” system.
