Designed to meet the need for quality and economical thermal cutting, LINEA PRO offers various possibilities for applications such as flame cutting, plasma cutting and marking.
Description
LINEA PRO is a longitudinal twin motors with brushless motors and digital drives. The movement is achieved by coupling rack and pinion on a preloaded spring floating device. LINEA PRO can be equipped with up to 4 oxy-fuel carriages and with one plasma carriage, cutting width up to 3.000 mm and a real distance up to 4.000 mm.
With the oxy-flame technology, the gas distribution is provided by 3 fully proportional valves controlled by CNC and dedicated to each single carriage.
The data base of the cutting parameters, inside the CNC Control, automatically manage and control the gas distribution to the carriages during all the cutting process.
The LINEA PRO has a mechanical structure suitable for the application of the most sophisticated systems for cutting in high definition with the optimal control of the parameters for a high level perfromance.
The oxy-fuel torches are available with automatic ignition, capacitive height control device either internal or external. The CNC control managing the automatic gas console and technological parameters data base of the latest plasma system, let the Linea NOVA reach high performance and precision of cutting.
The CNC SOITAAB numerical control has an interactive menu and a full color “touch screen “monitor with a 78 fixed parameteric figures library.
