Soitaab LINEAtech RED
The RED model has a structure with double beam; a front one where the carriages transversly slide on two linear guides and a rear
one for reinforcement. LINEA RED offers various possibilities of applications such as flame cutting, plasma cutting, marking and mechanical predrilling.
Description
LINEA RED is equipped with absolute coordinates longitudinal twin brushless motors and digital drives The movement is achieved by mounting the rack and pinion system on an floating device with a preloaded spring.
LINEA RED can be equipped with up to 6 carts oxyfuel and plasma 2 carriages with a rail distance up to 5.500 mm, depending on the number of carriages, it covers a useful cutting width up to 4.500 mm. With the oxy-flame technology, the gas distribution is provided by 3 fully proportional valves controlled by CNC and dedicated to each single carriage.
The data base of the cutting parameters, inside the CNC Control, automatically manage and control the gas distribution to the carriages during all the cutting process.
Beside to the traditional cutting systems, LINEA RED has a mechanical structure perfectly suitable for the application of the most sophisticated high definition plasma cutting systems with the best management of the process parameters as a result of the optimal cutting even on complex shapes and execution of holes with small diameters.
The CNC control managing the automatic gas console and technological parameters data base of the latest plasma system, let the Linea RED reach high performance and precision of cutting.
The CNC SOITAAB numerical control has an interactive menu and a full color “touch screen “monitor witt a 78 fixed parameteric figures library. In addition to the database of the various technologies used inside the machine, it is provided a rich archive of technological parameters heritage of many years of Soitaab experience.
