Our builders are eager to be an integral part of the North American manufacturing market and gather precious feedback to incorporate in their new designs and learn about the application requirements firsthand. Builders’ representatives frequently spend time in the field with our sales team members, supporting our activities pre-sales and after-sales visiting users or prospective users of our machine tools and equipment. Likewise, often users and prospective users, visit our builders at their plants in Italy with us.
